Jeff and I just started talking about making some church visits! Since we're in a new community, I think that this will be a nice way to find a church family that we're both comfortable with and, Lord knows, we'll make some new friends in the process (no pun intended.)
Jeff and I are of different religious backgrounds, so we're going to try a variety of churches and denominations. For my husband, the cradle Catholic, we're going to try Blessed Sacrament in Alexandria and Our Lady Queen of Peace in Arlington. I think those will be our first two Sunday adventures. I grew up Southern Baptist but prefer a Non-denominational Christian crowd. I'm still doing some research on churches in the area but am open to any suggestions!
